Carousel Theatre’s Annual General Meeting will be on Thursday, November 15, 2012 @ 6:00pm, in the Small Studio at Carousel Theatre. (Official notice attached).
We hope that you can join us. Strong membership turn-out at our AGM is one way we can demonstrate to our funders that there is good community support for the work that we do. We would love to have you join us for a very fun and relaxed evening, to reflect on and celebrate a fabulous 2011/12 season.
The AGM will consist of:
Presentation of 2011/12 Audited Financial Statements
Appointment of auditor for 2012/13 Season
Election of Board of Directors for 2012/13 season
There will be lots of food, beer and wine (for those of you of age!), and in appreciation of your support, each attendee will receive a complimentary voucher for two for the preview performance of The Wizard of Oz on Friday, December 7 at 7:00pm, and of course hugs!
All members of Carousel Theatre Society are welcome to attend.
