Call for Drama School Assistant Instructors

Carousel Theatre for Young People (CTYP) is looking for Assistant Instructors to add to our Drama School faculty roster!

Are you:

• A kind, respectful, and reliable theatre professional with a passion to teach drama to youth?
• Experienced teaching drama for all ages, but especially to 3-10-year-olds?
• Looking for an opportunity to grow, learn, and become part of a community of brilliant drama teachers?

If so, then we want to hear from you! Here are the details:

• Currently, Drama School runs only on weekends.
• We’re looking for teachers who are able to sub as well as assist in a class.
• Assistant Instructor fee: $22/hour

What we need from you:

• A criminal record check in the last 5 years
• First aid is a plus, but we encourage teachers to apply and we’ll pay for the course for the right candidates

We’re especially looking to fill a couple of classes for our Spring term (April 9-June 19, 2022).
