Hourly rate: $15.50/hr
Hours per week: 35 (first two weeks will be part-time) for 9 weeks

Carousel Theatre for Young People empowers young people and families through playful, imaginative, and accessible theatre experiences that develop emotional literacy. Located on Granville Island in the heart of Vancouver, we are a gathering place for artists, young people, and families. CTYP stages vibrant stories that engage young people from the beginning of their development and continues to share stories that challenge young people through their formative years, empowering young people to become agents of positive change.

Applicants must meet the following Canada Summer Jobs requirements and be:
- between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
- a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act; and
- legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.
